The Unschooler's Winter Waterpark Gathering is at Sandusky, Ohio's Kalahari Waterpark Resort, the largest indoor waterpark in the USA. The Kalahari is the premier in waterpark resorts! It's like a mini village with 884 rooms (Ohio's largest hotel), 4 restaurants, night club, full service spa, gift shops, large game room, putt-putt, bowling, and more. Their indoor waterpark includes everything from lazy river rides, wave pool for surfing and boogie boarding, to giant water slides and thrilling water coasters. There will be funshops, discussions, social gatherings, Winter Carnival, talent shows, ballroom dance, etc. throughout the week. This gives kids and parents a way to connect with other unschoolers. There are no conference or registration fees.
